Adoption Social Worker - £43k a year + benefits - Low caseload

I am currently working with one of the counties leading Adoption teams as they seek to expand their team within 2018 due to a restructure within Children's Services.

As a result of this restructure, they are seeking to expand their talent pool in order to help accommodate for the expected growth of the service.

What they can offer you:

• Highly competitive salary given the projected market average for 2018 (Typically 6% higher than surrounding Local Authorities)
• Capped caseload system in place - You will have a maximum caseload of 15 at its highest point. (Average is 12 per Social Worker)
• Golden Hello upon completion of probation (£2,000 when you're successfully inducted into the organisation)

As an Adoption Social Worker, you will be responsible for the recruitment, retention and development of Adoptive Parents and their placements.
