Qualified Social Worker - 14-25 Disabilities Team - North West London
Due to a long serving member of the team going on maternity leave, this local authority is seeking an experienced social work to join their disabilities team.
As part of your role you will be responsible for building positive relationship with the children and families, and play a key part in the development of the child.
Requirement:
- Previous children and young people with disabilities experience
- Qualified social worker with extensive post qualifying experience
- HCPC registered
