NonStop are recruiting for one of Germany's most advanced life science success stories - a global powerhouse in laboratory technology with HQ and roots firmly in their home country. As part of their global biotech offering, they have recently acquired 2 European innovators in cell culture, development, analysis and banking for the advanced biotech industry, on a fee-for-service business model. Bringing these companies into the fold gives our client unparalleled reach in the industry, and to help them build this business area, we are recruiting for a Head of Europe to deliver forecasting for 2 product teams in cell-line services.

This is a leadership role at senior level with a team of 4 direct reports, on track to grow in 2019. You'll be pushed to develop the CDMO partnerships needed to drive this business unit, and if successful will be managing Europe for the company's newest and most innovative product line.

You should offer:

* Clear proven experience in Business Development in the Biotech/Life Science industry
* Some network among potential customers with a focus on cell-line development and analysis and the CDMO market
* Strong scientific background
* Readiness for extensive travel
