Admin Coordinator and Events Specialist-Swiss

NonStop's client is a consultancy currently growing their commercial team they are currently looking to hire a Admin and Events professional. This is a unique opportunity for professionals with strong commercial and events background and passion for developing people.

On this role you will be responsible for the management and organisation of events, congresses, symposium for new and established product launches. You will be coordinating the whole events coordination and logistics while working closely with the Commercial and technical teams. Since the teams is rather small you will have the chance to get exposure to different areas in marketing as well such as preparation of marketing materials, supporting the sales force, analysing the local markets for sales development opportunities. There is also a team of junior administrators that you will mentor and provide training to so any leadership experience will be considered an advantage.

Our client is looking for candidates ideally with strong background in administration, coordination, project management and events management. Fluency in German and French is a must.
