Job Details
The role requires someone who can work with minimal supervision in a busy and friendly School, working in partnership with colleagues to deliver an exceptional service to our stakeholders most notably students and academic staff. The busy, student-facing School team has a strong commitment to delivering excellent customer service and is an exciting and rewarding place in which to work. A strong track-record in student-related administration is essential as is the ability to manage multiple processes and tasks at one time.
The successful candidate will need:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to multi-task
- A good level of numeracy skills
- The ability to work under pressure to important deadlines in a busy office
- Strong attention to detail
- A friendly, positive and proactive attitude and approach
The position is offered on a part-time (40%), 6 months fixed term contract on a job share arrangement with a fixed working a pattern of Wednesday, 15:00 - 17:00; Thursday 10:00 - 16:00; Friday 10:00 - 16:00.
