Job Details
The Lim Lab is looking to recruit highly motivated postdoctoral scientists to study the crosstalk between mechanotransduction and nucleocytoplasmic transport in multicellular systems.

Our group is embedded in the focal area "Structural Biology & Biophysics", which offers a stimulating environment for interdisciplinary research and collaboration with other labs at the Biozentrum. Excellent in-house facilities for electron microscopy, proteomics, imaging, biophysics, and large-scale computing support research and training.
Your profile
We are looking for enthusiastic scientists who share our desire to solve challenging problems in biology. Postdoc candidates should have obtained their PhD recently or expect to complete their PhD soon. You are expected to have demonstrated scientific excellence with at least one strong published or upcoming first author paper.
Ideal candidates should have a background in either cell mechanics, cell signaling or nucleocytoplasmic transport. Experience in atomic force microscopy, confocal microscopy, or omics-based approaches is a plus.
