Job Details
My client who is a respectable player within the glass coatings industry is looking to expand their presence in Poland.
They produce conductive materials for automotive glass and color stains.
This is a perfect time to join the company as the person would have a lot of autonomy and has the chance to build up a Business Unit in Poland which they could lead.
Key responsibilities:
- Achieving personal sales targets within defined markets/accounts/territories.
- Involved in preparing and delivering commercial/technical presentations, contracts and proposals.
- Involved in negotiating customer contracts.
- Actively looks for new business opportunities.
- Informs customers on product and market developments to ensure customer service excellence.
- Will cover our customers in Poland and surrounding former CIS countries, so will you will travel frequently.
Profile:
- Scientific/technical degree
- 3 to 5 years' sales experience
- Commercial understanding, including sales and negotiating skills
- Excellent spoken and written English and Polish language skills
