NonStop Recruitment are supporting a global leader in the provision of the design and manufacture of agricultural equipment.
We are seeking a number of Technical Trainers from automotive/plant/agricultural backgrounds to work from our client's dedicated training facility in Warwickshire.
The role includes liaising with the source factories and technical support teams to prepare courses for delivery to dealer and company personnel. Work in partnership with your direct report and peers to calculate/monitor dealer demand for technical training in the markets they are responsible for and then planning courses accordingly, achieving the highest regard to dealer satisfaction whilst maintaining training revenues.
Ideally you will have both the training and technical engineering experience, however we will consider applicants from other engineering backgrounds but who are willing to X Train
Responsibilities:
Strategic delivery of technical training courses for the dealer and distributor markets - Deliver practical and classroom based training courses in a professional manner, whilst complying with all relevant health and safety legislation:
Courses are delivered in a professional and interactive manner
Provide attendees with course material in line with brand standards
About You:
Technical understanding of agricultural machinery is essential
Fluently English.
Experience of educational related training delivery is an advantage
Ability to travel for the role - approx. 20% of time will be spent training out of UK.
