You will lead a team of International Officers with a regional focus, currently East Asia, in addition to having a portfolio of markets to manage. You will also be the main point of contact for the Malaysia Campus. Experience of managing staff and budgets, meeting ambitious recruitment targets, in addition to relevant international marketing experience in Higher Education is required. All candidates must have a strong customer focus, excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to analyse markets and develop appropriate marketing and recruitment strategies. Evidence of strong influencing skills in support of achieving strategic objectives working with faculties in a complex organisation is essential. 

Professionalism, flexibility, self-motivation and a determination to succeed as a member of a strong team are essential. You will have a degree or equivalent, and ideally a relevant postgraduate qualification. Cultural awareness and sensitivity, and ability to travel extensively is essential.
