Pharmacokineticist with PK & PK/PD experience in Biologics

A Top 3 Pharma company is seeking a pharmacokineticist to join the DMPK Research Platform in France. As a member of the PK group the individual will provide pharmacokinetic expertise and PK/PD support to biotherapeutic projects across multiple therapeutic areas including oncology, cardio-vascular, infectious diseases and neurodegeneration. Modalities supported will range across immuno-conjugates, mAbs, bi- and tri-specifics, and oligonucleotides. The scope of project responsibility will range from early discovery up to first in human clinical trials.

Responsibility will include the design, analysis, reporting, and presentation of key pharmacokinetic studies, the development and execution of PK/PD analyses and the extrapolation to humans using physiologically-based PK (PBPK) or other appropriate models for informed conclusion and decision making in project teams.
In this role the candidate will interact with multidisciplinary teams and collaborate with key stakeholders in pre-clinical and clinical development in support of the overall translational research strategy.

The individual will also contribute as a project team member, primarily on biotherapeutic projects, to ensure incorporation of pharmacokinetic direction into team strategy.

Education and Experiences Required:
* A Ph.D. in Pharmacokinetics, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Pharmacology, or related field with a specific focus on pharmacokinetics
* At least 5 years pharmaceutical industry experience in the conduct of pharmacokinetic and PK/PD support dedicated to Biotherapeutics
* Good hands-on experience in population PK/PD modeling tools and in PBPK modeling
* Experience as a team member on interdisciplinary project teams for biotherapeutics
* Strong written, presentation and verbal communication skills
* At ease in working in a dynamic matrix organization and team player
