Senior Regulatory Manager / Dept Head - Crop Protection
A unique time in the company's history, promoting a time for growth and entering a brand new period, this is a great opportunity to transfer your leadership experience across. With 4 direct reports and overseeing a department of around 30 across Northern Europe, you will play a central role in steering the department to its next chapter. Our client boasts strong financial backing and being a powerhouse within the agrochemical sector.
Whilst a more detailed set of duties and specification can be provided on application, to provide an overview, our client is seeking somebody who can take on a senior management role and cover the departments northern Europe territory. The team is spread across UK, France, Denmark, Belgium and the Netherlands and so regular travel to these sites will be required. The function of this opportunity is leadership heavy where the incumbent will focus on crop protection (some lawn and garden care but minimal). Using your expertise on dossier registration across Europe, you will lead the department strategically and operationally.
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
Educated to degree level within a scientific discipline.
Strong agrochemical / crop protection regulatory background. Significant enough to lead a department and strong enough to enough what it takes to register EU wide
Previous experience leading a team and department.
