Independent Reviewing Officer - Chair both Children Looked After Reviews and Child Protection Conferences
Our client, a local authority based near Bath is looking for an experienced Independent Reviewing Officer to champion its chair both Children Looked After Reviews and Child Protection Conferences.
This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in our journey, through audit and consultation, modelling best practice and challenging social workers and managers to be the best they can be. Using strengths and relationship based approaches, we are committed to ensuring the voice of the child is heard in decisions, and are looking for Social Workers who will champion best practice, promote participation and use their knowledge and expertise to improve outcomes for children.
