My client, an international producer of bakery products, is looking for an ambitious and organised Project Leader with experience in R&D and Production for the role of Product Developer Pastry.
In this position you will:
- Travel international from a German base, mainly to Poland and Belgium, and build up international connections
- Develop your technical abilities by working closely with R&D and testing products
- Work together with Production and optimise processes
You will get to use your knowledge and skills to work with high-quality and delicious products. You will be able to take your career to the next level and gain invaluable experience for your future career. Your profile:
- Degree in Engineering / Bio-Engineering / Food Science / Food Technology and ideally training as a baker / confectioner
- 2+ years of experience in working in industrial bakeries and developing recipes
- Either German or Polish skills in addition to at least conversational English
- Willingness to travel internationally (roughly 50%)
