Job Details

Our client is a reputable Tier 1 supplier for the Automotive industry in Europe. The company works with major OEM companies and are currently looking to hire 2 Key Account Managers to join their team in Belgium.

The company is already holding a leading position in this market but wants to further solidify that role and become an established leader in the field. They have been growing massively across all their locations in the last months and are further expanding their sales department. This is an excellent chance to join a dynamic company who is thinking progressively and is investing massively into their establishment on the market. They have opened 2 new plants in Europe just in the last 5 years or so. They have invested a lot of resources into new technology, people and cooperation with suppliers and clients.

You will have the opportunity to be a part of this exciting expansion project and join a company which is offering you the chance to work independently (manage your own agenda, have home office), develop further your network (OEMs on a HQ level across Europe) and earn substantial revenue for your performance (great base salary, 15% bonus, other bonuses, benefits, etc.).

You will:

  • Develop a solid relationship with Customer contacts (Purchasing, Engineering, Programs)
  • Interface with the customer at 1st management level
  • Participate regularly to meetings with clients
  • Prepare and validate the commercial offers to answer in due time to the requests of clients
  • Build up and get validated the targeted pricing and the negotiation path to satisfy the clients needs and to bring profit to your organisation
  • Oversee several programs from Sales perspective

  • Support the negotiation of ECRs and claims

Your profile:

  • Extensive experience for a Tier 1 supplier
  • Established personal relationship with one or two OEMs within the relevant markets
  • Fluent in English, French and German
  • Strong competencies in relationship management, and negotiation
  • Good communication and presentation skills, and capacity of empathy
  • Team player and ability to work in a matrix organization

For this position our client is offering a salary package of EUR 70,000 - EUR 90,000 plus bonuses, benefits, laptop and company car.
