The Customer Experience Manager is a strategic role and will lead the design and delivery of an optimised customer experience across interactions with the enquiry service and outbound communications. The role will support the Associate Director, Prospect Management, in the implementation of the student recruitment strategic plan and will also be responsible for operationalising new digital capability to manage customers, across systems including CRM, marketing automation, and automated service channels.

Salary: (HEO9) $111,077 - $118,862 per annum.

Superannuation: An employer contribution of up to 17% may apply.

Term of position: This continuing position is available immediately.

Knowledge and Experience

To be successful you will have:

  • proven experience in successfully managing a team to support an enterprise-wide CRM System or similar system in a large complex organisation;
  • a sound knowledge of the use of information technology to support best practice business processes and process change management;
  • highly developed interpersonal skills with a proven track record of leading and motivating a team(s) to successful business outcomes;
  • exceptional analytical and problem solving skills, with the ability to commit to decisions based decisively;
  • proven experience in taking a lead role in successful project management.
