The role
As part of the Engineering & Technical Support Group (ETSG), the primary purpose of this position is to assist in the supervision and maintenance of the School's engineering teaching and research laboratories and to assist in providing support of the School's other technical infrastructure. This position brings specialist knowledge in the areas of High Voltage/High Current to the team.
The person
You should possess a degree in Electrical Engineering or closely related discipline, or equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training AND specialist knowledge and experience in high voltage/high current areas of electrical engineering including but not limited to high voltage/high current (AC,DC, impulse) test design, implementation, procedure, measurement and documentation.
Remuneration
This is a full-time continuing appointment at HEW 6. The remuneration package will be in the range $74,207 - $79,964p.a., plus employer superannuation contributions of up to 17% (total package will be in the range $86,822 - $93,558p.a.).
