Job Details
Our client are a big Financial Services group and they are looking for HR specialists to start as soon as possible. You will take on a high degree of responsibility and master demanding challenges independently, with the scope to express yourself in cooperation with professional teams.
We are looking for an experienced HR professional with extensive experience in Compensation and Benefits (this needs to be their main focus - we want specialists). If you join our client, you will contribute your own talent and expertise in a motivated and flexible working environment.
Responsibilities:
-Further harmonize existing HR / compensation & benefit processes, e.g. salary review
-Support international rollout of job evaluation system
-Coordinate participation in compensation surveys, support local benchmark activities, train HR in benchmarking
-Follow market developments (regulatory changes, trends and best practices in C&B, etc.)
-Drive and/or support international HR projects, e.g. implementation of HRIS
-Set up sophisticated HR reporting system (processes, definitions, tools, templates), which ensures access to reliable data & analyses on divisional level and which forms the basis for HR prognostics in future
Requirements:
-Education in Business Administration, Business Process Management, HRM or Finance
-Further education in compensation is an advantage, minimum: strong functional and technical knowledge of general compensation practices
-A minimum of 3 years' profound experience in developing, implementing and administrating compensation systems; international and interdisciplinary HR process knowledge required (we are looking for a compensation specialist)
-Experience in setting up HR reporting/controlling systems, processes and databases is an advantage
-Advanced skills in any of the current analytical tools including but not limited to Microsoft Excel
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in German (it's a must) and English
