Job Details
Duties and responsibilities
? Ensuring that the quality management system is maintained and optimized in accordance with EN ISO 13485.
? With the HOD and the QC, defining KPI and systems of control to ensure a manufacturing process guaranteeing product integrity and regulatory compliance.
? Compiling and maintaining technical documentation such as design dossiers, technical files
? Evaluating and monitoring Contractor compliance and maintaining Technical Agreements as appropriate.
? With the QC reviewing data to confirm device release for sale.
? With the COO, reviewing customer feedback, investigating and reporting incidents.
? Conducting quality reviews, internal quality audits and reporting on system performance.
? Managing the Corrective/Preventive Action system
