You will have contact with a lot of internal and external partners so will be able to use your communication skills and have a variety of tasks. Profile:
- Bachelor or Master Degree
- Experience in a customer service related job
- Experience within a matrix environment
- Good organisation skills
- Fluency in French and English is required
