HR Manager - American Tier 1 Automotive company in Prague, Czech Republic
Our client is focused on producing metal components for the biggest OEM clients in Automotive Industry. They have the highest quality standards (including TS 16949) and now are looking for HR Manager for their office in the beautiful city of Prague.
What do you need to have:
- fluent Czech
- advanced English
- at least 5 years experience in Human Resources
- experience from a manufacturing company (ideally from Automotive sector)
What will be your responsibilities:
- Providing staff recruitment, including interviews and selection procedures
- Providing job advertisements, collaborating with Recruitment Agencies
- Organising and providing training for employees
- Designing, creating & communicating cross-company internal regulations and guidelines in line with ISO and IATF standards.
- Creating and maintaining HR documentation for individual employees.
- Payrolls, KPIs
The HR team will get expanded next year so it's your chance to become a leader and (in certain amount) being responsible for company's performance. You will be reporting only to the director.
