Due to our extensive and on-going growth, we are currently searching for a Business Support Payroll Administrator to join our Business Support Team and affiliates in Czech Republic. We are one of the fastest growing recruitment consultancy, with offices in Prague and Pardubice, in Czech Republic, but also in London and Portsmouth, in the UK.

As a Business Support Payroll Administrator your role will be to transfer the UK payroll services for Contractors from a third party provider, stabilise the payroll process and cross training process to colleagues within the Business Support Team in order to perform more varied activities. Part of your responsibilities will be and limited to: contract payroll, contract generation, invoice creation and distribution, cash collection, calling internal and external clients with various requests.

If you like working with people, and numbers, but you also enjoy variety in your work this might be the role for you. Your role will allow you to discover the interconnections and cross functional relationships in a business, giving you a good overview on how a company works. At the same time, you will be trained constantly on new tasks and receive new responsibilities that will allow you to continuously develop.

Experience / Qualifications:
* 1-3 years of professional experience in within a payroll administration role
* Fluency in English; any other language as German, Italian, French, or Czech is an advantage;
* Computer literate and familiar with Microsoft Office applications (Excel)
* Comfortable working in an international, fast-paced environment
* Strong attention to detail and quality mind set, number literacy desired
* Strong communication skills
