A growing international medical device company, is looking for Kaufmänische Leitung, a person to join in a mixed position managing finances (controller/accountant skills would be helpful) and HR responsibilities. It is an exciting opportunity as you will have a chance to use both competences working within small company and have chances to progress in your career. Also, you will be leading a small team of 4 so you can use and further develop your leadership skills.

Key duties & responsibilities:
* Human resources
* DE office Administration, including taxation, insurances, legal topics, leasing car process, office premises, contracts with 3rd parties
* The persons is also responsible for our Customer service and order processing team (2 persons), book keeping (1 person) and purchases (1 person)
* Communication and responsibility between head office in Italy and Germany, including budgeting and reporting
* Different projects, f.ex. related to IT systems used in reporting and CRM

The team is small but friendly, according to the CEO it feels like a 'small family'. The company however, is very international so you will be communicating with colleagues from Italy and other countries, therefore, you will have international exposure. Also, the product is unique and cutting edge technology in medical devices sector (one of the largest growing industries), therefore company has a lot of potential to grow and thus your role would grow too.

Required Skills & Experience:
- The ideal candidate has a finance back ground, either with strong experience or related degree.
- Experience in HR and company administration also needed (multiskilled)
- The candidate should live in Köln area,
- English and fluent German language skills needed
- Ideal candidate has worked a few years in a small enterprise / company in a similar role, and is familiar with similar, multiple tasks.
