I am currently recruiting for a Registered Home Manager who can run a children's EBD home in Birmingham. Salary is around £35,000 per annum, but it can be negotiated, depending on your experience.
The company is looking to expand slowly which means you will be offered the opportunity to help with the expansion and step up to an Operations Manager. You will be starting as a Home Manager for a four bedded home, which is fully staffed so you will have a good team to work with.
Please apply if you are a Registered Manager with experience in working with children and young people with EBD. You must have a relevant management qualification and a good knowledge of the Ofsted regulations.
