Dynamic Team Atmosphere

My client are able to do this by careful selection of social workers within each team; creating a dynamic atmosphere to work in. You will work closely alongside Fostering Manager in managing a team of 8 family placement social workers.

Requirements:
* Previous fostering experience
* A degree in Social Care
* Senior Practitioner or management experience
* Must be willing to travel regionally
* Must drive and a full UK driving license
