Residential Care Worker - Ad Hoc Shift Work - North London and Essex
NonStop's client is looking for residential care workers to pick up shift work. The role is to support clients whilst in homeless accommodation, safeguarding, rehousing, helping with rent and benefit advice, helping clients get into education/work, children into schools etc.
You will watch young care leavers of 16 develop throughout their time with us, learning life skills and hopefully attain full time education or a job. We have satellite flats with scheduled contact to ensure our young people have a maintained level of support to achieve Independence.
To guarantee an interview you must:
- Experience working with homeless people or working with other vulnerable groups or working in a residential setting.
- Able to start immediately and possess an enhanced DBS.
