Aside from giving you the ability to be a part of change; this local authority will provide you with a supportive management structure. This will provide you with more of a manageable workload giving you the ability work at a higher standard as well as not taking your work home with you. You will also be offered a very competitive salary accompanied by a 10k market supplement and a further 2k for retention.
Requirements:
* Degree in Social Work
* Management Experience within Social Work
* Management in fostering ideal but not essential
