Global Regulatory Professional - CMC

Are you an outgoing person with regulatory experience? do you thrive in a senior level environment with plenty of stakeholders? and are you able to convey complex regulatory concepts in a simple and understandable manager?

if that sound like you, then this is a position just for you! I am working together with a well-established food company, there is looking of a Division Regulatory Partner to represent the regulatory department to the senior management team!

The Job

  • Coordinate the support of the Global Regulatory Affairs & secure one voice or aligned positions towards global Division customers regarding regulatory specific topics or issues
  • Defines in collaboration with the heads of Regional Regulatory teams, the Global Regulatory Strategy & associated annual work plan for the Division
  • Defines, in collaboration with Regional Regulatory teams, priority setting, resources planning & allocation of regulatory support to the Division
  • Works, in close collaboration with the regional regulatory teams, to guide the business in selecting the optimum route to market and in securing that our products & associated promotion material comply with applicable legislation in targeted countries.
  • Represents Regulatory Affairs in strategic projects to optimize time & cost to market, reduce uncertainty on route/time/cost to market
  • Represents Regulatory Affairs in trade association technical working groups focusing on the pre-market approval under the existing legal frameworks
  • Accountable for continuously improving the service provided by the Global Regulatory Affairs network to its internal and external customers
  • Represents Global Regulatory Affairs in the Division management team


required experience
  • relevant degree in life science or pharmacy
  • 5+ years of experience working with regulatory affairs.
  • Outgoing personality able to work with all levels of the organization.
  • Previous project and stakeholder management experience preferable on a senior level.
