Do you have proven experience of delivering outstanding work-related learning in Business Management and Leadership?

Are you able to demonstrate the use of a blended learning approach in order to help learners apply their learning to their own roles within their organisation?

Do you have a practical understanding of the needs of adult learners?

The Lifelong Learning Centre (LLC) has recently launched a Chartered Management Degree Apprenticeship (CMDA) which now runs alongside our ongoing provision of a part-time business degree and full-time foundation years. Within the context of this expansion, we are seeking to appoint two additional Teaching Fellows who will be responsible for delivery of a range of modules on the CMDA (programme details at https://courses.leeds.ac.uk/ap07/chartered-manager-degree-apprenticeship-bsc) and may also have some teaching on our other business programmes. Each role will carry responsibilities beyond the teaching of modules such as provision of tutorial support or project supervision. You will have excellent skills in the delivery of stimulating, high-quality learning that enables reflective integration of academic and professional perspectives makes effective use of blended learning and is responsive to the needs of learners and employers. Applicants must be able to teach in at least one, and preferably more than one, of the following areas: Leadership, Management, HRM, and Accounting / Quantitative Methods.
