Field Application Specialist - Ultrasensitive Detection Technologies - DACH

Keen to use your scientific support abilities with a groundbreaking new technology platform? Nonstop are working with a life science innovator with key competencies in protein detection, with particular application to neurosciences. With the ability to analyse extremely small samples, their techniques are enabling previously impossible neurological research worldwide, and they are looking for further support in their German team.

Ideally based in South Germany, the Field Application Scientist will manage pre- and post-sales support, encompassing everything from live lab demonstrations (don't be afraid to pipette!) to in-person consultations with post-docs, to 3-day in-depth trainings for major customers. Most customers are in biotech and academic labs around the Munich, Basel and Heidelberg biotech clusters, and interested to see the new applications of this protein detection platform.

Key Facts:

• 80% of visits in South Germany/Switzerland
• 2,3 days travel per week (on-site trainings will last 2-3 days), homebased role
• Sole Field Applications contact in DACH, with ad-hoc responsibility for any new business
• Fast-growing organization with good perspective for professional development. Hiring manager for this position was herself promoted from this role.
• Fluent German required
