NonStop Technical is working with a client specialising in interior products for automotive OEMs and Tier 1s in Germany. They are looking to hire a Sales Manager who will be ideally home based in Germany or a neighbouring country (Belgium, France, Netherlands, Czech Republic).

The company is well-known on the market and is working with the leading OEMs in the industry. They are presenting a highly technical solution to companies like BMW, VW Group and more. You will be working with a leading product within the field, which means you'll have the chance to offer added-value to your clients. This will have a positive impact on your sales performance and your bonuses.

This is also an excellent chance to work directly with big clients on 1st management level and really establish a strong network in the heart of the automotive industry - Germany. You will be putting your name on the scene which will open many business opportunities for you. This will have a massive impact on your earnings, reputation, skills, and also future possibilities.

In this position you will be trusted to work independently with a lot of autonomy. This means that you will be the master of your own agenda and strategy of how to approach the market. You will still work closely with the Commercial Director and the Engineering and Technical Support teams so as to be prepared to fully fulfil the client's expectations. You will get a good balance between independence and team work, while you are trusted in your work and not being micromanaged. This will help you in scheduling everything so that you visit multiple clients at a time, making you more efficient in your sales performance, and giving you more flexibility in your lifestyle in general.

You will serve clients through superb value (Quality / Consistency / Service & Support) and thereby to drive the company's growth. The focus will be on the delivery of development projects to automotive OEMs in Germany, in particular to generate and promote new development projects.

Your profile:

  • Engineering Degree
  • Fluent German and English
  • Track record of technical sales / development projects with automotive OEMs
  • Experience in setting up networks in technical sales and/or for development projects (preferably with German Tier 1 companies)
  • Very good planning, organisational and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, the right mix of diplomacy and directness
  • Willingness to travel extensively, home office is fully allowed

or this position our client is offering a salary package of EUR 75,000 - EUR 95,000 plus bonuses, benefits.
