Adoption Social Worker - Voluntary Agency - 'GOOD' OFSTED

A reputable Adoption provider is looking for a Social Worker to join their service in the West Midlands permanently. The service provides assessment, training and support to families who are going through/have been through the Adoption Process; they will also provide support to birth relatives and adult adoptees including access to records, intermediary work and support to birth parents where there is a plan of adoption for their child.

This is a specialist service that provides a range of support techniques to their service users including therapeutic work, counselling and reconnection services.

Social Workers benefit from a supportive working environment offers ongoing training and development along with flexible working.

To be considered candidates must have:

• Social Work Degree or Equivalent
• Completed ASYE
• Have previously worked as a Social Worker within an Adoption Team/Agency
• Full UK Driving Licence and access to own vehicle
