Fostering Manager - 'OUTSTANDING' Not for Profit Independent Fostering Agency
A long-established Fostering Charity is looking for a Registered Fostering Manager to join their Outstanding Service in North Kent.
The post holder will lead a team of social workers and sessional staff recruiting, assessing and supporting foster carers in Kent and Essex to achieve the best possible outcomes for children and young people.
They will ensure the quality of social work, foster care, training and support is maintained to the highest possible level while contributing to the growth and development of the organisation.
To be considered applicants must have:
Social Work Degree or Equivalent
Level 4 Management Qualification or willingness to work towards
Previously worked within a Social Work Management role within a Fostering Agency/Service
