Strategic Program Office

The University's Strategic Program Office will enhance UQ's ability to deliver its core functions of learning, discovery and engagement. The role

The purpose of the Office and Project Support Officer is to assist the Director and direct reports with project support to the various work streams within the key programs of the Strategic Program Office as well as with general administration and office operations of the Strategic Program Office.

 

The person

Applicants should possess tertiary qualifications in business and have experience working within a project environment with a focus on business process or system improvement. Demonstrated highly developed communication and organisation skills including effective diary and administration support to a Director, scheduling of meetings and workshops, venue bookings and catering are necessary to be successful in this role.

Remuneration

This is a full-time, fixed-term appointment at HEW Level 6. The remuneration package will be in the range $75,957.07 - $81,714.50 p.a. plus employer superannuation contributions of 17% (total package will be in the range $129,854.02 - $137,412.86).
