Head of Analytical Strategy - Biopharma

This is a pivotal role within an organisation with ambitious growth plans, where they are looking for a candidate to really drive strategy across different Analytical businesses (Method Development, Bioassay, QC Bioanalytical). In this standalone position, you will be really allowed the room to grow, but also implement the strategy due to the integrated approach of the organisation. This is due to this companies smaller size compared to the larger ones.

This is an international position that will involve relocation to the HQ of the company. SO you should be comfortable with moving, and settling into a new role and new country at the same time, although it is worth noting that assistance is provided.

Your background should be broad within Analytical strategy in Biopharmaceuticals, where you will have progressed from working in the lab into a senior level position. Although this role has no direct management, you will really be involved in change and implementing strategy into this company, contributing heavily towards the future growth plans. One thing that would be an advantage on top of technical expertise and leadership/strategy would be experience of working and liaising with Regulatory authorities.

In short, this role will support someone who wants to develop their career and join a company who are going through growth, but don't want to have a large number of direct reports due to the focus on strategy in the role. You should also be in a position where it would be possible to relocate to an international location.
