Fluent in German is a plus
Minimum of 10 years experience in Oncology, Immuno-Oncology
Minimum of 10 years of academic translational medicine OR industry experience in oncology
Experience in working in a multidisciplinary role and set up

About The Role
- Lead this area and be a key representative for it both internally and externally
- Provide strong translational scientific guidance - lead by example
- Collaborate with Discovery, Clinical and Regulatory Affairs internally and with external collaboration partners the same
- Inspire teamwork
- Create and execute a very clear, integrated, translational medicine strategy
- Create and conduct translational medicine studies aligned with the overall clinical development strategy of the company
- Be in charge of strategic collaborations with key third parties, both academic and commercial vendors
- Improve and manage Therapy Area Expert Network
- Be on top of current trends when it comes to oncology and immune oncology therapeutics development
