Job Details
Les entretiens sont prévu Première semaine de Décembre pour débuter dans la foulée.
Le périmètre est international, vous pourrez donc utiliser et développer vos compétences Linguistiques.
Votre Mission:
- Vous allez gérer les différents clients (Hôpitaux, Grossistes, Pharmacies...)
- Suivie de leurs dossiers (commandes, changement d'information, exécution des commandes...)
- Prendre en charge les demandes des clients (Litiges, commandes, réclamation...)
Vous serez leur contact privilégié et pourrez établir une relation de confiance et pourrez travailler tout en vous épanouissant!
L'expérience attendue:
- 3 à 5 ans minimum sur une fonction service clients, assistanat commercial ou administration des ventes
- Une expérience avec SAP
- Anglais nécessaire: Capacité d'avoir une conversation basic
Potentiellement on peut vous demander de travailler 8 Week end par an qui seront planifié en fonction de vos disponibilités.
