This University-wide program will adopt a One UQ approach with shared commitment and responsibility to enhance the student and staff experience by transforming internal business operations.
The role
The primary purpose of the Change and Communications Specialist is to deliver change management planning and implementation for a range of projects enabled through the SPO, including communications, stakeholder engagement, education and training, embedding and sustaining change and benefits realisation.
Working closely with the Strategic Engagement and Change Manager, this position also supports a range of activities and tasks to meet the SPO's operational requirements in fulfilling its objectives and goals.
The person
Applicants should possess graduate qualifications and/or training equivalent to postgraduate qualifications in organisational change, project management, business or a related field, or significant progress towards such qualifications, and extensive relevant experience; or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training.

Remuneration
This is a full-time, fixed-term appointment for 3 years at HEW Level 8. The remuneration package will be in the range $94,667.38 - $106,298.69 p.a. plus employer superannuation contributions of 17% (total package will
