Student Education Service Officer (Assessment/Quality Assurance)

Based in the School of Dentistry, you will report to the Assessment Manager and be part of the School of Dentistry Assessment Team and the wider Student Education Service. The role provides administrative support for the School's assessment processes and practises, organising and leading a range of assessment activities across taught programmes. You will also support key quality assurance processes in the School, including Student Education Committees and liaising with external examiners and contributing to the development of assessment activity.You will provide day to day support and guidance for the Team and deputise for the School Assessment Manager from time to time.

With experience of working in an administrative role you will be able to interpret and analyse data, suggesting improvements to the service provided. You will be well organised, with excellent attention to detail and a flexible approach to work. You will have strong communication skills and the enthusiasm to deliver an exceptional student experience. You will work collaboratively with team members within your School, Faculty and the wider University to share good practice and encourage knowledge exchange between colleagues to facilitate continuous improvement.
