Job Details
The successful candidate will work with existing staff in teaching across a range of units and will supervise dissertations on the MSc Psychology of Education programme, and possibly on other MSc programmes. The MSc Psychology of Education is a BPS accredited conversion course which is highly attractive to students who have extensive relevant professional experience and are preparing for professional training and careers as psychologists in the education, counselling and mental health services. The new BSc degree uses psychological research methods to understand and interpret social and human behaviour in the context of education.
The successful candidate will augment the existing highly-successful team, and it is hoped will add strengths in areas where student interest exceeds our present capacity. Applicants with expertise in child and adolescent mental health are especially encouraged to apply.
