Curriculum Manager - Top Banking Consultant

One of our clients, a global service provider has recently acquired a new client in Dublin, Ireland. The client is a retail bank that the curriculum manager will work with for 3 years minimum.
This is a role where you will have the chance to work in a strategic position with an interesting international team.

The Role
* Curriculum and training needs analysis
* Coordinating the development and roll-out of custom made training solutions
* Leading the design and development dedicated training initiatives for the banking industry
* Creation of yearly development budget plan
* Delivering internal network communication documents to support implementation of define training Standards through training and development
* Maintaining awareness and knowledge of training theory and methods and recommend on type of learning media to be used
* Liaison between the Account Manager and the Customer SME in supporting development projects
* Creation of concepts for Train the Trainer Events

Requirements
* University degree in Learning and Development or equivalent
* 4+ years relevant experience
* Financial background
* Project management skills
* Knowledge of different types of learning media and technology
