Job Details
The Coordinator's responsibilities will include: developing policy briefing papers, supporting policy engagement activities, delivering training sessions, and overseeing online and social media activity. Alongside the Director and the wider PolicyBristol team, the role holder will also play a part in formulating and delivering PolicyBristol's strategy.
You should have excellent communications skills - both oral and written - and be able to assimilate and synthesise large amounts of complex information into accessible language suitable for different audiences. The Coordinator will liaise with academics and external stakeholders on a daily basis, so strong interpersonal skills are essential. This role will be working predominantly with Health and Life Sciences researchers, so a relevant scientific background is desirable.
This position is for 2 days a week over a 12 month period to cover the secondment of the current jobholder to Bristol Health Partners.
