Senior HR Business Partner

We are seeking to appoint a full-time Senior HR Business Partner for the HR team supporting the Faculties of Science and Life Sciences working to the Head of HR Business Partnering for the two Faculties. You will provide full support to the Head of HR Business Partnering leading on a number of initiatives and taking a proactive approach in ensuring that a seamless Business Partnering Service is delivered. This will involve working closely with the Faculty Management Team (Deans, Faculty Managers, Heads of School and School Managers) as well as other Professional Services partners.

You will ideally have experience of working at an equivalent level or will have demonstrated the potential to do so. Strong communication skills are an essential requirement along with the ability to build effective and collaborative working relationships with key faculty staff. A pragmatic and solution focused approach will need to be applied and evidence of this will need to be demonstrated through the selection process.
