Strategic Purchaser (m/w) - Indirect Services

I am currently working on a brand new position with a leading automotive company who is looking for an experienced procurement professional to join their growing team. With over 20.000 employees, my client is now looking for additional force and is in need of a Senior Purchaser, a brand new position within the Supply Chain department. Due to exceptional growth, my client prefers to bring on board a natural and motivated leader who will develop the procurement department to success. For this role you will be mostly focused within indirect procurement.

This position is a direct link between procurement and business strategies, as currently there is no separate division for the indirect services. You will be responsible for creating a brand new department and integrating operations from their mother company oversea in Asia and create a smooth transition to Europe. You will also be responsible launching new systems and coordinating system implementation, being the go to person to communicate everything effectively across the international offices.

To be successful candidate must have:

* 3+ year's strategical purchasing experience
* Experience purchasing indirect services
* Fluent in German & English
