Project Manager L&D - Top Banking

I have a great opportunity for a Senior Learning and Development Professional who is keen to manage a new account with a top bank and really progress their career in a highly strategic role.

One of our clients, a global service provider has recently acquired a new client in Dublin, Ireland. This consultancy provides outsourcing services within Training and Development to clients across the globe.
The new client in Dublin is a well known retail bank that are looking for an experienced account manager to work in this strategic role.

Responsibilities
* Leading the management and identification of subject matter experts for both delivery and deployment of dedicated training initiatives
* Working in partnership with the functional leaders of our clients to identify business priorities and develop a strategic plan to support
* Preparing and tracking of project budget with accountability for delivery of services on cost and within agreed timescales
* Provide regular status of performance and initiatives through common management reports, operational meetings and performance reviews
* Ensure all contract service levels and KPI's are constantly achieved
* Manage customer feedback and ad hoc is-sues

Qualifications
* University degree plus solid experience in L&D
* Strong financial acumen, experience in the financial industry is a plus
* Proven track record in terms of customer satisfaction, service level fulfilment and vendor management with shown strong negotiation skills, persuasiveness and building customer loyalty
* Advanced project management, process management, curriculum management and optimization skills
