Observational Research Scientist - Pharma - ASAP start
I am currently supporting a global Pharmaceutical consultancy who are looking for an Observational Research Scientist to join their dedicated regional Centre of Observational Research based in the company's UK offices near Manchester.
You will work on retrospective as well as prospective Observational Studies, including using Electronic Medical Records, Physician Surveys and in-house data, to improve the company's understanding of the effectiveness and safety of their innovative therapies. In this role, you will likely focus on several specialty indications within the Oncology therapeutic area.
If you bring:
* A BSc and a post-graduate degree (PhD preferred) in Epidemiology, Health Economics, or a similar related field
* 2+ years work experience in Epidemiology or Observational Research in the Pharmaceutical industry, Public Health, or academia
* Experience designing Observational Studies
