Job Details
My client who operates from he U.K. is currently looking to hire an area sales manager within the Inks, Decorative and Industrial Coatings, adhesives, Sealants, Construction and powder coatings market.
The company has a big product portfolio which is very stable so this could bring a lot of variation to the job as you would operate in different markets.
Job Content:
* Undertake activities within but not exclusive to the countries of, Belgium, Germany and Holland.
* Undertake activities within but not exclusive to the market areas of Adhesives, Construction, Polymers, Paint and Ink.
* Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers in person and via telephone / email with both existing and new products in allocated territory.
* Identifying new potential customers within agreed territory in line with business focus.
* Developing relationships with new potential customers in person and via telephone / email with both existing and new products
* Identifying key decision makers/influencers within each customer
* Agreeing budgets (sales volumes, values, product mix and timescales) in line with business plans
Profile:
* Chemical Education preferably in polymer science
* Proven track record within the coating/adhesive/ink market
* fluent in English and dutch (German would be a big asset)
* +3years experience within the industry
