Role: Site Agent / Engineer
Location: West London
Duration: 6 months
Pay rate: £280 - £350 p/day dependent on experience
Project Supervisor required for a six-month contract for a ground remediation project in North West London. The position will be a supervisory role acting as the site representative for the Remediation Designer, overseeing works implemented by the Remediation Sub-Contractor on behalf of the Principal Contractor and Client.
The position will commence January 2019 and is anticipated as being complete in June 2019. The project is an enabling works package based near Ealing.
Working hours expected to be Monday-Friday, 7:30am to 5:30pm. Weekend working is considered unlikely but may be required. Support will be provided via clients staff on site and via the office as appropriate to the works undertaken.
Remuneration negotiable per 10-hour day, inclusive of travel, accommodation.
Required Skills
* Strong project management and leadership.
* Excellent interpersonal skills
* Record keeping.
* Knowledge of NEC3 form of contract.
* Knowledge of remediation practices, scheduling chemical testing to verify performance of the works in accordance with the specification.
* Prior experience of similar projects essential.
* A valid CSCS card (professionally qualified) is a pre-requisite for the induction.
