Work as an IRO within a High Performing Local Authority

A Local Authority which is based in London is seeking an experienced IRO to join their Safeguarding and Reviewing services. This is an excellent opportunity to work with an authority which offers a greater deal of flexibility and autonomy as to how you work.

Working in the service you will be provided the equipment to enable you to work remotely and work from home offering a more balanced work life balance.

Currently the Local Authority have locums in place covering the workload, however this vacancy is a result of a drive to increase the amount of permanent staff and further bolster stability thorough the service.

With locums in post work is usually allocated based on capacity and as such you wont be carrying a large workload which would require to you work excessively.

To be considered for this post you should have held a post as an IRO or CP Chair. Driving is not essential to the role although will be beneficial.
