Programmer Analyst, Information Technology

Responsibilities

You will be expected to work on Oracle-PeopleSoft modules for Human Resources, Financials, Supply Chain Management and Campus Solutions and other web-based solutions with potential to move from one stream to another over time. 

Specifically, you will be responsible to;

• Identify requirements by establishing personal rapport with clients and with other persons in a position to understand service requirements and coordinate with application provider if required.
• Confirms program operation by conducting tests; modifying program sequence and/or codes.
• Support end users and resolve day to day issues under guidance from the supervisor.
• Maintain applications systems documentation and project documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Engineering; MBA in MIS.
• At least one to two years relevant experience.
• Should have appropriate knowledge and understanding of software engineering, problem analysis & solution design as well as excellent hands-on skills pertaining to programming languages.
• Appropriate knowledge and understanding of software engineering, object-oriented analysis & design as well as hands-on skills pertaining to programming languages including VB6, VB.Net, ASP, object-oriented programming, N-tier application development and web-based applications.
• Good communication skills and ability to work in teams.
