Team Manager - Children In Need Team - South West London
Salary: £44,000 to £49,000 per annum
NonStop's client is looking an experienced Team Manager for their Children in Need team. The main focus for the service is to drive forward the focus on achieving stability for their support and protection team. This improving local authority believes that by investing in new ways of thinking and working, you'll have everything you need to do the job you trained for. In turn, that means they're able to deliver the best possible support for children and young people.
You'll have overall responsibility for an Assistant Team Manager and a wider team of six to eight social workers, overseeing quality assurance, performance management and high-quality, reflective supervision.
